.......hasn't begun very well. I first need to thank the best brother-in-law EVER. Galon spent a good portion of this week resurrecting my jeep & I am forever grateful! It's like a brand new car, ok brand new might be stretching it, but it is a hell of a lot better than it was before.

For awhile now I've felt like the only time I pick up one of my cameras is for a paying gig, not a good sign. It isn't that I don't want to shoot more, I think it's just that I have so much work to do as it is, I'm having a hard time adding to it. I'm not complaining, busy is GREAT! & I am very thankful, but I miss shooting for myself and I believe when something is important to you there's always a way to find time. So my New Years resolution is to make sure I always have one of my cameras in my purse (god knows they're big enough) just generally with me at all times.......
I want to take & post at least one photo EVERY DAY........................(starting tomorrow) 
I'm not a big resolution person, if it's something I can't bring myself to be doing already how successful will I be??? And I guess I don't really intend for this to be a traditional resolution but more of an affirmation to make sure I'm keeping certain things in my life a priority.
I feel really good about this, I started taking photographs because I loved capturing my friends, family and life and as of late that's fallen by the way side, I'm excited to make it a priority again and see what shots I get.
(I have to admit I got this idea from a friend who has some beautiful pieces by doing this with her boys, thanks Jen!)
