I am so happy to finally be posting Nicole & Mike's wedding. I am so bad about posting weddings. But you see I find it difficult to narrow them down and making such a large post all the time is such a daunting task. I know I need to just suck it up, I'm working on it. Anyway, I was lucky enough to see Nicole {something blue} just about everyday for 6 months prior to her wedding. We'd discuss what flowers she was thinking of, what color she wanted for her girls dresses.......there were a few afternoons that neither of us got much work done and instead we spent them having Nicole try on dresses {quite the advantage she had owning a bridal boutique!}. Eventually and wholeheartedly I began helping her with her flower selection, eventually deciding we could make the arrangements, bouquets and other decorations ourselves. They had a beautiful day and I am so happy they included me.
{this photo needs a little explanation....we went back up to the bridal suite towards the end of the reception for a few more shots. nicole really wanted some shots on the bed and literally 3 times in a row we'd walk through the bedroom doorway and the fire alarm would go off. 3 times in a row! it was crazy. so nicole called down to the front desk and her expression in the photo is when she found out it wasn't just in their room but the entire hotel. the funny thing is their guests thought it was part of the dj's 'show'.}
