It was a lovely February afternoon {cold but lovely} when Nicole & Mike's family & friends gathered together to show their love & support for this wonderfully cute couple. I was more than happy to help in any way I could & had such a great time in the process. With a little bit of planning {and a good deal of luck} it all just seemed to fall together.

The walls of the venue were a light mossy green & Nicole wanted a jewel tone purple to compliment it. And by chance the week of the shower my sister had asked if she could store some of the decorations from their wedding 3 years ago at the studio. I had completely forgotten all of the purple candles she used, they were perfect for Nicole's shower.

{love the mixed china}

For the flowers &
centerpieces Nicole wanted a mix & match/shabby chic feel. So we gathered my mercury glass vases, or candle holders to use as vases, as well as other vases & filled them with white tulips,
hydrangeas, baby's breath & cream roses.

{simple. classic. beautiful.}

{a simple seating chart helped guests find a seat. Nicole named each table after an herb}

{I. AM. IN. LOVE...with this stained glass partition wall. What a great way to divide a room without
diminishing the light. I am trying to find a way to do this in the studio.}
